RCR Taylor Logistics Park is a Master Planned Rail-Served Logistic & Industrial Park with Dual Class I Rail Service by Union Pacific & BNSF located in Taylor, Texas (Texas State Highway 79 at Farm-to-Market Road 3349)

RCR Taylor Logistics Park boasts Class I Dual service by Union Pacific and BNSF. The park capacity, services, and acreage will allow RCR Taylor Logistics Park to compete on a national level for rail customers. RCR Taylor Park provides: Manifest and Unit Train Services, Rail Car Storage, Transloading, Commodity Storage, Rail Car Switching, Auto Ramp, Controlled Park Access, and Security. Conveniently located on Texas State Highway 79 and FM 3349 for easy access to Toll Road 130 and Interstate and utilizing two Class I Rail providers, RCR Taylor Logistics Park provides unmatched access to Central, South and North Texas; ideally located in the Texas Triangle between the D/FW Metroplex and Mexico.

The Project

RCR Taylor Logistics Park is a multi-modal logistics and transportation center located on ±750 acres with 2,860 feet of frontage along Texas SH 79 and the Union Pacific’s rail line; and 5,150 feet of frontage along Farm-to-Market Road 3349. The park itself contains approximately 30,000 linear feet of track. RCR Taylor Park receives cars from Union Pacific and BNSF’s inbound and outbound mainline service while offering manifest rail, unit train, rail car switching, transload, rail car storage, and commodity storage services to customers. The park’s product base consists of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial and manufacturing commodities from industries such as chemicals, oil & gas, steel, food, polymer, resin, and building materials.

The Taylor Park creates a shared infrastructure point and a development that meets Union Pacific’s and BNSF’s operating and design standards assisting in connecting long distance transporting and short volume distribution.

Land Size: ±750 acres, with limited rail-served lots remaining available from 9 AC to 41 AC

Location: 5 miles from Texas SH 130 Toll Road, 12.5 miles from Round Rock, 35 miles from Austin Central Business District, and ideally located between D/FW Metroplex and Mexico.

Building Sizes:  available lots suitable for buildings from 50,000 ft2 to 1,000,000 ft2
