The Project
RCR Taylor Logistics Park is a multi-modal logistics and transportation center located on ±750 acres with 2,860 feet of frontage along Texas SH 79 and the Union Pacific’s rail line; and 5,150 feet of frontage along Farm-to-Market Road 3349. The park itself contains approximately 30,000 linear feet of track. RCR Taylor Park receives cars from Union Pacific and BNSF’s inbound and outbound mainline service while offering manifest rail, unit train, rail car switching, transload, rail car storage, and commodity storage services to customers. The park’s product base consists of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial and manufacturing commodities from industries such as chemicals, oil & gas, steel, food, polymer, resin, and building materials.
The Taylor Park creates a shared infrastructure point and a development that meets Union Pacific’s and BNSF’s operating and design standards assisting in connecting long distance transporting and short volume distribution.
